School fills a myriad of needs. While it is basically an institution of learning, the school of today is as in- terested in graduating good citizens as it is in producing scholars. The salient mark of a true education encompasses not only the accumulation of knowledge, but also the ability to live with people and to adjust to new situations. ln maturity is found wisdom, but knowledge without maturity is a void, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. Perhaps each senior upon graduation day is not ready to accept the responsibilities entrusted to him. It is hoped that one day the morals imbued upon him in school will awaken his understanding and judg- ment. Th e Z, 'W Yu 1 E -1 gggfiaki 0, X ll' ,.... The junior stage crew were the 'unsung heroes' who did the work that formed the background for an unusual class play. For days before the junior play, they hammered and nailed and painted, getting everything ready for the presentation. Special sound effects were tape recorded and two sets were constructed for the production. Jr. Stage Crew cs - .. ' F . ' K , f f , - - Q- .- . - f .1 msc.. . . . Twelve years of shared laughter, shared pain, and shared pride suddenly gone, but not the memory of it. Today is yesterday's tomorrow. A challenge for some, a simple future for others. Life confronts us as the archway to wisdom. Many fine words have christened us, and in our wake are many hopes and dreams. While the future is un- certain, let us realize that the final barrier at all times is our- selves.
