HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS AS FRESHMEN The freshman class enrollment at the begtnning of the year was frfty The frrst class meeting was held Sept 14, 1955 Offrcers were elected as follows President, Warren Neal Vxce Prestdent, Fleurette Wrrght Secretary, Ann Vrolette Treasurer, Joan Maker Student Councxl, Judy Boles and Class Reporter, James ee Later in the year we chose Ann Marte St Thomas as our Student Councrl member when Joan Cunntngham moved away On the JayVee basketball squad were several members of our class Earl Squires Drckie York, Gilman Martrn, Edward Pelkey, James Lee, Gary Loupm, Ronald Emery, and Ronald Thompson Warren Neal manager Joan Maker was the only freshman on the girls basketball team and Janice Ewrng was the only freshman cheerleader Judy Currie was chosen as a Rater for the North ern Penobscot League games The freshman class presented two assemblres We had two dances We also sold uon on letters to decorate clothtng HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS AS SOPHOMORES On Sept 5 1956 we had our first class meeting and elected the followrng offrcers President, Warren Neal Vlce Presrdent, Fleurette Wright Secretary, Ann Violette, Class Reporter, Ann Vtolette Student Counctl, Earl Squrers, and Class Advisor, Miss Vrolette We were well represented U1 varstty sports this year wrth Eddre Pelkey, Joe Brown, Walter Ballard, Robert Hallett and Ronald Thompson partxctpatrng Ln Cross Country Dtck York, Norman Batchelder, James Lee Eddie Pelkey Earl Squrers, Joe Brown, Ronnre Thompson, and Bob Hallett actrve members of the Members of the cheerleadxng squad were Jamce Ewing and Ann Vrolette Prrze speakers from our class were Nancy Morse, Ann Marte St Thomas and Warren Neal We put on a few proyects whrch conslsted of food sales and Easter Ball and, of course the Freshman Receptron HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS AS IUNIORS At our frrst meetmg as Juntors the followrng officers were elected Presrdent Warren Neal, Vtce Prestdent, Wxlfred Brown Secretary, Ann Vtolette Treasurer, Fleurette Wright Student Councrl Edward Pelkey Our class was again well represented in sports thls year Playrng basketball were Dlckre York Eddte Pelkey, Joe Brown, Ronnre Thompson, Jimmre Lee, Walter Smart, and Robert Hallett JayVees Norman Batchelder Robert Hender son Gxrls Basketball Mary Lou Wrllett and Judy Currte Cheerleaders Janxce Ewmg, Ann Vrolette, Nancy Morse and Fleurette Wrrght The members of the class taktng part rn the One Act Play contest were Warren Neal, Fleurette Wrrght, Ann Vtolette Nancy Morse Judy Currte Anne Marte St Thomas, Mary Lou Wxllett, and Ronald Thompson Of the orrgrnal ftfty students who were members ot our class when we en tered as freshmen there remam only twenty erght L .
