Elementary School Principal lv' -all To The Elementary Students: . The 1985-86 school year will always provide special memories for me. Not only has this been my first assignment as principal, but it has also been a year of exciting improvements in Howe l.S.D. Each of you has experienced many changes this year in order to bring about these improvements. As we look around our building, we can see that it was well worth our efforts.
