The Office of Admissions is also directly responsible for the recruitment program at Howard which sends administrators and students all over the country to look for bright students. Right: The office of the Registrar and Director of Recording has instituted a pre-registration for returning students and Mr. Wilmer H. Sojourner is confident ihot It will function on a continuous basis. Besidos keeping the confusion which arises with registration at a mini-mum. Mr. Sojourner and his staff of 19 persons is responsible for the photo identification of students and the maintenance of all official records of the student's academic progress.
