His office is a strategic part of the University or gani ation Additional executive officers and more clerical help has made it one of the most efficient administrative cogs. 1 he service it ren ders and performs is very well known to all of ns. Dr. Scott s activities have been wide and varied throughout his entire life. He is a speaker and a writer of ability, and is today, without a doubt, one of the most influential American Negroes living His services have been rendered not only to the Negro race, but to the entire United States, and it is unsurpassed in its scope His friends and admirers arc numbered among all people and races in this country and abroad FREDERICK D.
