Foreword N1TIUM is the first Year Book to be published by tbc senior classes of the professional schools of Howard University. Sponsored by the class of 1922. it is not only a record of school days, such as the professional student appreciates, but also an effort to create a closer and more cordial relation amon|f the professional students as they leave Howard to hegm the toils of their profession. It is hoped that the labors which this book represents will be measured not solely by our imperfect attempt, as the pages that follow may indicate, but more by the spirit of its purpose to enrich the lives of professional men and women who met at this common study place to prepare themselves for greater usefulness in rendering service, the supreme commitment of life.
