Julie Miller Julie Miller is a freshman from Big Spring High School. While attending Big Spring High, she was president of FTA, president of the Bible Club and Lion ' s Club Queen. She worked on the Big Spring yearbook staff and this year is co-editor of the Hawk Review. Her major is |Ournalism. H[ B BKvA III M ?l ' i ' .J Susan Parsons Susan Parsons is a freshman from Lamesa High School. While attending Lamesa High, she was a member of the National Honor Society, the choir and BGA. She also played volleyball, tennis and ran track. She is a Howard College cheerleader and a senator in the Student Government Association at HC. She plans to major in psychology. Carie Poynor Carie Poynor is a freshman from Forsan High School. While attending Forsan High, she was a cheerleader, drum major for the band, vice-president of the National Honor Society and state runner-up in debate. At HC, she is president of the Baptist Student Union and a member of the SGA.

Beth Boeker Beth is a freshman from Forsan hiigh School. While attending Forsan, she partici- pated in the band and was a member of the National Honor Society. She was involved in drama and participated In UIL typing and interpretive speaking. She was a class officer. Clara Brown Clara is a sophomore from Big Spring hHigh School. During her stay at hloward College, she was a member of the Drama Club and Spanish Club. She is a member of the 1980 Hawk Review staff and was first runner-up in the 1978-1979 Miss How- ard College Contest. Lisa McMillan Lisa is a freshman from Forsan High School. While at Forsan, she was a participant m regional and state UIL competition and a member of the student council. She was a cheerleader and Homecoming Queen nominee. She was also a member of FCA and the yearbook staff. Lisa served as feature editor for the Hawk Reporter during fall 1979.

Janene Shive Janene Shive is a freshman from Coahoma High School. While attending Coahoma, she was on the All-Region Band and a member of the Howard County Honor Band. She attended the Regional UIL tournament in persuasive speaking. She was also in OEA. Julie Underwood Julie Underwood is a sophomore from Forsan High School. While attending Forsan High, she was a Homecoming Queen nominee, a member of the National Honor Society, a class officer and she played tennis. At HC. she is a member of Phi Theta Kappa, vice-president of SGA and a member of FSA and OEA. Lisa Ann Warren Lisa Ann Warren is a freshman from Big Spring High School. While attending Big Spring High, she was a member of Tri-Hi-Y, FHA and secretary-treasurer of DECA. She was also a member of His Children.
