Newman Club Sponsored by Mr. David King, a teacher in the social science depanment of Howard College , the Newman Club is designed primarily for Catholic students on campus . However, the club welcomes members of all denominations. The object of the club is to promote spiritual growth , religious responsibility , and the ecumenical spirit. Future Secretaries The Future Secretaries attend six programs during the year given by the National Secretaries Association . Representatives from different fields of work come and give talks during the year. The future secretaries for a project sponsor the Dean Box Scholarship.
