Sembr dass W 7! We, the 1955 Seniors of H H S, of the city of Houstonia, county of Pettis, and state of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament: Charles Walk wills his muscular build to Danny Kearney and his car to Everett Lee Blackburn. Jerry Edwards wills his poor typing to Anna Gertrude Charles and his ability to study to the coming freshmen. Joyce Charles wills her title of Mrs. to Frances Norfleet and her giggle to Betty Jo Reid. Jimmy Reid wills his noisy way to Glendola Gerlt and his ability to play basketball to Buddy Kinder. Barbara Welch wills her ability to get in trouble in class to her sister Goldie and locker No. 31 to a needy freshman. Lloyd Shireman wills his basketball suit to the future team and his innocent look to the future American history class. Frank Charles wills his class ring to Elaine Lowrey and his mischie- vous ways to David Harris. Mary Tuckwiller wills her job as sports writer to Vonnie Bratton and her dignified air as a senior to Marlene Carver. Barbara Reid wills one-half of a seat on the bus on ball trips to Alice Tuckwiller with the hope that she can find a good-looking boy to occupy the other half. She also leaves her cheerleading megaphone to some noisy freshman. Tiny Gerlt wills her job as a waitress to anyone who wants to work hard and her place on the newspaper staff to some unlucky senior of 1956. Lula Belle Baker wills her false teeth to Goldie Welch and her ways with the boys to Shirley Martin. Norma Bechtel wills her 'Chevien to Janie Morris CPlease drive it carefully, Janiel and her ninterest' in horses to someone who is more interested. To the seniors of 1956 we will all unsold greeting cards and a free hand in publishing The Houstonian and The Shamrock, To the sophomores and juniors of 1956 we leave six volleyball suits and four basketball suits hoping that they may wear them as proudly as we did, To the freshmen we will a goal of graduation in 1960. May their years be as pleasant and happy as ours have been at Houstonia High. Qi?-65 6 3 we.- tv ' S6
