At Houston-Woods, emphasis is placed on the development of students of character, intelligence, dignity, and purpose through a trade program that strives to meet their needs as individuals, thereby, enabling them to become active, alert, and progressive participants in the world in which they will live, work, and play Skilled fingers, mechanical aptitude, and academic ability are always in demandlby our society. Therefore, we have enhanced these ideals in our goals and end purposes of our trade training.
