Gonna graduate from dear old Houston, What a sad and dreary day. We have had the finest, nicest teachers, They've put up with us twelve years. G Now we're leaving dear old Houston High School, Through a mist of joyful tears. Seven, got up every day at seven, From the first grade to eleven. Now the time is going fast. For this year will be our last. Gonna graduate from our old High School, Gonna leave sometime in May. Gonna graduate from dear old Houston, What a sad yet happy day.
