1 f isigizsoobrgfi' ff si i Class of T928 You have just completed your course of training for one of the highest professions open to you. During this period of work, self sacrifice andmlivided responsibility, you have acquired knowledge, professional conscientiousness and a true dependability that should make you what every nurse ought tobe, namely a power and force to be directed toward the struggle for the welfare of your patients. In the ight for the health of those under your care, your part is almost if not quite as important as that of the physician or surgeon. They, as well as your patients and your Training School, have learned to place their confidence and trust in you as assistants. It is your duty to conduct yourself in your new capacity as graduates, as well and better than you have as pupils, that your school, your physicians, and patients may trust you for what you are -real colleagues in our struggle to restore the sick to health. I am sure that your efforts will be continued toward the goal of trustworthiness, and that no single one of you will be weighed in the balance -and found wanting. As members of your Staff we one and all are looking forward to your continued help in the days to come. May you all have the success, prosperity and happiness that you so well deserve. E. L. ELIASON.
