ff PA RT I E S X ' ,f N, N X S Z T-' - X Get Acquainfea On September 26th the first get-together of the High School students was held at the Community Hall. Marceda Lueck sang a solo nFuedin' and Fussin'.H A skit nln a Broadcasting Studiou was given, After that dancing was held and then lunch was served. Carnival On Halloween Eve the sixth annual High School Carnival was held at the Community Hall. Rubes Westerner's furnished the dancing music after the one act play nHigh School Daze.N The Witches Inn and Cat's Inn furnished refreshments. Cane Rack, Pitch-till-you-win, Fish Pond, Ghost Walk, Movies, and other stands gave those who at- tended plenty of entertainment. Christmas With wreaths and mistletoe, the High School students went to their first afternoon Christmas Party. Connie Scholl and Beverly Steffen played a clarinet duet. Lorna Flunker, Kay Keefe, and Mar- jorie Burns led the group in Christmas Carols. A skit nChristmas Even was given and letters to Santa Claus were read. Dancing furnished the entertainment until Santa came and distributed gifts and candy. With a Merry Christmas to all we departed for our Christmas vacation. I:, 0 go ICHIC On May 24th, the Seniors celebrated one of their last days as Hortonville High School students at an informal gathering of the faculty and students. The Commercial Club Park was the location of the picnic. Baseball, other games, and dancing lespecially polkasl aroused hardy appetites for all. After we had eaten our fill, and a little more, the Annual of n48n arrived. With everyone so.absorbed in looking at the Annual and signing names, the end of the day came too soon.
