fWlLL We, the members of the Senior Class of 1948 of Hortonville High School, after twelve years of school have accumulated habits which we have discovered that we cannot take with us and therefore we bequeath them to the following: To the Juniors we be- queath our dignity and poise. To the Sophomores we give them the privilege of ruling over the underclassmen. To the Freshmen we will our outstanding athletic ability. To the Faculty we give our thanks for making these four years of school full of success and fun. We, the Seniors as individuals will the following: MERLIN ARMITAGE wills his delightful time as Prom King to any boy who gets the honor. WESLEY ARMITAGE leaves his studious manner and way with the teachers to Clarence Doell. SHIRLEE BEHBKE wills her witty remarks toJohn Quinn incase he should be in need of them. WILLIAM BOHMAN wills his red hair to Frances Sexton who admires red hair. LORRAINE CASTELLION and CAROLYN FRYE bequeath their giggling ability to Marion Moder so she won't run down. DONALD DIESTLER wills his gift of gab to Marion Root. ELLEN DOROW and ELAINE MORACK leave their shy and quiet ways to Harvey Ebben and Robert Gauthier. LORNA FLUNKER wills her series of romances in four years of high school to Marjorie Burns. JACK FULCER leaves his comic books to Edward Wendell to add to his collection. JOANN GIESEN wills her blond hair to Joe Hoffmann. RICHARD GITTER wills his ability to chew gum to Donald Schwebs. WILLIAM HARRIS leaves his wavy hair to James Hankwitz. HULDA HERZFELDT bequeaths her congenial manner to Audrey Becker. GENEVIEVE HOFFMANN leaves her executive position to an ambitious Junior. RUTH JAMISON and PHYLLIS ZIEGLER willtheiracademic recordtoNorman Immel and Earl Timm CECELIA JANDOUREK wills her serious and sedate way to Donald Moreau. HERBERT KEATING leaves his ability to torment people to any capable person. FRED KRUEGER wills his back seat in Assembly to Joann Lippold. MARJEAN SCHROEDER leaves her honor of F.H.A. presidency to any capable Junior. DONALD SCHULZ wills his position as center on the basketball team to Lloyd Ziegler. BEVERLY STEFFEN wills her Job as Annual Editor to any qualified Junior. MARILYN SUTTNER wills her soft pleasant voice to Serena Radichel. MYRON TIEDT bequeaths his ability to blush to anyone that can use it. DOROTHY WEIHING gives her fickle manner to Betty Mueller. BEVERLY WIRTH wills her calm, cool manner to LeRoy Bohl.
