As freshman. uneducated in the sophistication of the teens, we must have appeared a group of raw recruits to our predecessors-but. how important we felt. Then. as sophomores, we were beginning to actually take a part in high school life and activity, and simultaneously, to realize that there were older and wiser heads in the student body. But as junior, we felt ourselves growing in power among the numerous clubs and groups in the school. Members of our class were being elected to offices in clubs. and we were definitely organized as a unit. Then, with an adviser of our own. wc undertook to rival the seniors. , Now we are seniors, dressed in the dignity of the name. but inwardly the dignity is more a regret at leaving. The four years which have contributed to our high school education. are but a peaceful prologue. which we will leave shortly, to go on to new life and new endeavors. TH E M A I' l. E I. E
