Benny Evans Ward II Board Member 4 Vernon Parish School Board and Staff Superintendent's Message It is a pleasure to have this opportunity to commend you on the fine work you have put forth to produce this outstanding yearbook. The many events you have recorded here serve as a review of your activi- ties during this past year. In a very short time this same record of events will become beautiful treasures you have stored in a book of memories. May this school year have provided you with necessary skills to become a better citizen of tomorrow but, most of all, may it have instilled in you a great love, for this, your alma mater. My very best wishes to each of you for many years of good health and happiness. 5 C. Creighton Owen, Superintendent Veron Parish Schools The Principal's Message Throughout the 1975-76 school year, the theme for most of our school activities has been BICEN- TENNIAL. We at Hornbeck High School are very proud to have joined the rest of this country in celebrating America's 200th birthday. I am very pleased to commend the editor, the staff, and the sponsor for their excellence in picto- rially recording many of these activities. Their efforts this year have made this bicentennial year- book an outstanding journalistic endeavor and a book we will always remember and be proud of.
