Sing a Songi' The Horn Lake Senior High Chorus has a total of ninety-five members. The two sponsors are Mrs. Jeanette Burt and Mrs. Mamie Branch. The purpose of the chorus, which meets daily, is to have each student become an effective singer, either as a soloist or as a member of a choral ensemble. The classroom work is the nucleus for programs. Concerts are presented at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and in the Spring. Members of the chorus participate in the District and State Festivals and the Gulfshore Music Camp. Future plans of the chorus include becoming performers and becoming a part of a good Fine Arts Department. The chorus would like to present some musicals.
