Eagle Talk Staff The Eagle Talk staff is sponsored by Miss Donna Stanfill and Miss Myra McNutt. The purpose of the paper is to keep the school informed of school activities, build school spirit, and provide experiences in journalism for staff members. Six papers a year are printed. The Future Business Leaders of America, sponsored by Mrs. Sara Shaw, is composed of forty-three busi- ness students. The purpose of FBLA is to provide additional opportunities for secondary students in business and office education, to develop voca- tional and career supportive compe- tencies, and to promote civic and per- sonal responsibility. The FBLA pro- vided food baskets for needy families at Thanksgiving and donated toys to a family at Christmas. The members attended both a district and state con- vention.
