JUNXOKS The Junior Class of 1946 and '47 started the session with good school spirit. Everyone was happy to greet old class mates after a pleasant summer. , Class officers were elected. They were Britt Hughey, Presidentg Bobby Poley, Vice- Presidentg Emogene Rochelle, Secretary-Treasure erg and Margaret Bmwles, Reporter. However, when Britt Hughey moved, Bobby took his place as president. He has served us well during the remainder of school. Some of our members joined various activi- ties and clubs, including Glee Club, Home Eco- nomics, Y-Teens, Letter Clubs, and the F.F.A. Clube Besides these, a number of our members were outstanding in the field of sports. We were very well represented in both boys' and girls' basketball teams, football and baseball. We feel that our year as Juniors has been successful, but as Seniors, we feel we must and will do better. work and responsibility lie a- headg determination and ability will aid us in striving for and attaining a goal that will carry us far as Seniors. in
