The council looks out for the welfare and entertainment of the crew. They also attend meeting out of town and work with rival ships' companies cementing friendly relationships. Rebels' officers were Miss B1ack,Miss Carlson,Mr.Shampo,and Miss Krainik. Old Glory and the ensigns of Park and Horlick were raised at the annual flag raising before the Park-Horlick football game.
