personality stood up. I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw it was Pat Schulte. Pat told me she was running for President of the United States. Just then the sponsor ofthe party came bustling up. As soon as I got a good look at him I knew it was Edwni Sturm owner of the nSturmobile Companyn successor to Kaiser. . People were clamoring loudly for Pat's autograph and I was being jostled about considerably. As I tried to return to my table I discovered I was not at the club but in a gym- nasium. Out on the floor I noticed one girl in particular who was rolling up the po ints. When she came closer to my side of' the court I saw it was Lucy Berger, All at once the court tilted crazily and I found myself walking dovmn a circus midway. Upon a platform were Dorthy Edwards, the circus fat lady and Don Rasco, the sword swalle ower. I started to buy a ticket but found myself looking in on an important operation, for there was Audra Williams, noted brain specialist. In a low tone he told me he was operating on Harold Gray Cattorney-at-lawj who had never fully recover- ed from Solid Geometry, a course taken in his senior year of high school. His nurse was Donna O'Donnell. They were so busy I hated to bother. Across the street from the hospital there was an im-S porting firm, As I had become interested in Chinese jade, I decided I might as well have a look. The door opened and I was knocked from my feet by a man rushing through the door. He said my name as he bent over to help me up and I saw it was Herman Sallee. He hurriedly explained that he was pres- ident of the firm. I told him I had seen several of tour former classmates. As he hurried off to pick up some Aus- tralian antiques, he said that Betty Manley and Rosalie Kiser were his secretaries. I was going upstairs to talk with them when I found myself in a place resembling Atchison, Kansas. Remembering that Winona Froyd and her husband, the high school coach, lived there, I thought I might as welllook in on them, They invited me to spend the night the re. After dinner they turned on their favorite television program fea- turing Wilbur Hackett, Hollywood Comedians The next morning Winona took me down the street where Doris Hartman had her hat shop. Winona said that Doris was the leading milliner in Kansas and was thinking about open- ing a branch shop in Kansas City, Missouri.
