Frankie Adams, Don Brewer, ABobbyM Smai1, Jerry Frankie, Tommy Diatis, Deen Milleri, Kenneth Holmes, Max Nelson, and Cherdzes Doran. The Cubs were strong one defense and had two or three long ball hittersoffhey were e little weak on pitching and catching. The team entered the tournament at Ravenwood and Sheridan and played in the County tournament, also.

TRAC K Charles Doran was the only letterman returning from last year's track team. Other boys who were out for track wereg Wilbur Hackett, Don Rosco, Al O'Connell, Virgil Wood Rex Goodwin, Herman Sallee, Ronnie Pfos t, Milton Hanna, Virgil Gray, Larry Morehouse, DeWitt Finney Bill Rabel, David Co rnn and Bill Stanton. In the opening meet with Craig and Fi-lliuore the Gob tracksters placed second. Uharles Doran took the scoring honors with l8i- points. The Cubs then entered the Tri State meet April 15 and placed 7th with 9 points. Doran again placed first in the borad jump and fourth in the lOO yard dash. The mile relay team placed 3-rd, members of the mile relay team were Bill Stanton, DeWitt Finney, Wilbur Hackett and Bill Rable. In the triangular meet with Maryville High and Tarkio, the Cubs took 3rd with 56 points. Tarkio captured the meet with 62 points. Charles Doran the Cubs speedster took the lOO yard dash in lO.6. The mile relay team again won first with a time of 3 min. 55 seconds. The Cubs scored fourteen points in the Northwest District Meet for fiittl place in Class C. Charles Doran qualified for 'the state meet by placing: second in the broad jump and the Medley relay team 8.lt'B10' q'uaaihifi'e,d for state competition .
