LT Michelle D. Morse Supply Officer June 1998 -July 2000 ! Lieutenant Michelle D. Morse was born in Binghampton. CMew York on June 15. 1969. She joined the Naval Reserve lOfficer Training Corps (NROTC) at the University of Roches- ter where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Studies with a Certificate in Management. In 1993 she was commissioned an ensign in the United States Navy. Following (the basic qualification course in Athens Georgia, her division pfficer tour was in the destroyer tender USS PUGET SOUND (AD-38) where where served as Disbursing Officer. ADP Of- ficer, Wardroom Officer, Supply QA Officer and decommis- sioned PUGET SOUND as the Food Service Officer. I Ashore, she served as the A-4 T-2 Weapon System Manager pt the Naval Inventory Control Point in Philadelphia (NAVICP- P). She currently serves her Department Head tour as Supply bfficer in USS HOPPER (DDG-70). LT Mo rses decorations in- clude the Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy Achieve- ment Medal, as well as various campaign and service decora- tions. LT Morse is married to lohn Phillips of Clarke Summit. Penn- sylvania. • . W Jimmy D. Finley Supply Officer July 2000 Lieutenant Jimmy D. Finley was born in Bakersfield. Cali- fornia on July 18, 1963. He joined the Navy after graduating from Natrona County High School in Casper. Wyoming. He enlisted as an Aviation Structural Mechanic and performed a variety of aviation and security relatedduties while stationed in Okinawa. Japan. In 1987, he volunteered for Explosive Or- dinance Disposal (EOD) School. As an EOD Technician, he served aboard the USS FORRESTAL (CV-59) and deployed to the Mediterranean Sea. He also performed EOD duties in a Mine Counter-Measures Team (MCM) and as a Demolition Range Safety Supervisor. After being selected for the Enlisted Commissioning Program (ECP) in 1992. he completed a Bach- elor of Science degree Business and Accounting. In 1994 he was commissioned as an ensign and selected to attend the Basic Qualification Course (BQC) in Athens. Georgia. After completion of the BQC. Lt. Finley was assigned as the Dis- bursing and Sales Officer onboard the USS FIFE (DD-991). Ashore he served at the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center. Yokosuka. Japan, as the Customer Service Officer. Business analyst, and Fuel Terminal Director. LT Finleys decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal, as well as various campaign and service decorations. LT Finley is married to Naomi Finley of Ginowan City. Okinawa, lapan. 85
