Active Key Club Aids Career Day 5 Math Club Excels In Del-Val League MATH CLUB Math enthusiasts found aca- demic challenge in this year's competitive phase of Math Club. Joining the Delaware Valley Mathematics League, members participated in meets every six weeks. On December 8, Ho-Val hosted its first home meet where the math-letes tied for second place in a field of twelve compet- ing schools. They placed first in April. KEY CLUB Devoting their energies to a vari- ety of projects, the school's honorary service club continued to deliver the NEW YORK TIMES to homerooms each morning. They sponsored their annual Christmas tree sale and sold Hopewell Valley Bulldog cushions at home basketball games. Members investigated the possibility of a school directory and on March 10 assisted the Guidance Department with Career Day, 1971. RUSSIAN CLUB Striving for broader cultur- al enrichment, club advisor Miss Susan Bard- well arranged for the club to attend an Easter service at the jordanville Russian Orthodox Monastery in New York. While there they en- joyed native foods in a Russian tea room. They went to Princeton to view two Russian films, Wild Horses Afire and Anna Kareninaf' RUSSIAN CLUB - Front Row: D. Sawchak, S.
