Within the covers of the 1957 Viking Yearbook are contained the precious memories, humorous and serious, of the events of the past year. But more so, it holds the hard labor and miraculous toil ofa working staff. Its pictures convey bright, gay moments, its words contain the prose and poetry of these moments. Because they are a part of our school, the junior high school has been in- cluded in the yearbook by the staff. We are happy that they can share these glorious memories with us. For the first time in the history of the Viking, colored pages have been included. The pages, including the Board and the Administration, are colored. We hope some day the entire yearbook may be in color. We have dedicated the yearbook to you, the graduating class of 1957. May its memories become fonder each time you read it. DRXMNNWQW
