Brown. lt has often been Said that, A friend in need is a friend indeed. Mrs. Brown has been that friend to hundreds of past and present Hopewell students. Agnwzdofm' 'I'he Hopewell - Independence - Raccoon Ioint School Board is composed of seventeen members. 'I'hese members are selected from the three townships as follows: Seven from Hopewell, and five each from Independence cmd Raccoon Townships. The Board carries out its duties of directing the activities, and setting forth the policies of the school district with the aid of its six committees. The committees which make the detail investigations' of all board business, are composed entirely of board members and are titled as follows: Building, Finance, Transportation, Athletic, Education, and Purchasing Committees.
