C L A S S W I L L We, the Senior Class of Hopewell High School, in the village of Gratiot, in Muskingum County, in the state of Ohio, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty, of the frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament: That is to say: To the juniors, we will our tact,talents, authority, and originality. To the sophomores, we will all of the gum thatexists under chairs, desks, and tables. To the freshmen, we will all the knowledge that we should have gained our last four years. To the Hopewell High School, we will all the happy, pleasant memories that have been our treasure through the last four years. To the Students: I, Margaret Ann Bishop, will my ability to get along with the Maysville School to the Hopewell School and fans, and my old clarinet reeds to Linda Hunter. I, Beverly May Bryslan, will m ability to get along with boys to Diana Swank and my Civics notes to Teresa D'Donnell. I, Judith Carol Buchanan, will m saxophone to my sister, Cheryl, and my old date book that was left to me by Mary Cochran to Brenda Robertson. I, Judith Kaye Cope, will my absent-mindedness to Shirley Miller and my poor disposition to Mr. Erwine. I, Julia Alverna Dover, will my ability to do the Cha-Cha to Janice Guixridge md my extra drum heads to Mr. Erwine. I, Elda Lee Fox, will my short hair to Mrs Koehler and my typing eraser to any- one who wants it. I, Paul Frecker, will m height to Charles Snider and my literature notebook to anyone who wants it. I, Jay Presley Grimes, will my position as senior class president to Kaye Gil- logly and my driving ability to my brother, Dale. I, Carolyn Lee Hendershot, will my red hair to Mr. Foltz and my typing ability to my sister, Frances. I, Linda Sue Hickman, will my silly ways to Mr. Swinehart and my shorthandnbtes to anyone who canread them. I, Grace Leota Higgins, will all the knowledge that I should have gained to my brothers, Gray, David, and Carroll and my faithful old typing eraser to Janice Gutridge. I, Sandra Sue Johnson, will my ability to just catch the bus to my baby twin sisters and my parking space that was left to me by Norman Kincaid to anyone who wants it. I, Shirley Mae Lanning, will my majorette doll to Mr. Erwine, my shorthand pen to Carol Taylor, and my bells to anyone who wants them. I, Lavern Pearl Merkle, will my ability to make errors in typing to whomever makes them, and m car to anyone who wants lt. I, Sharon Elaine Norris, will my height to Kenny Brown and my shyness to Brenda Robertson. I, Carol Jean Osburn, will my position as first horn player to Pat Sorg and my position as cheerleader to Lois Gutridge.
