This year there was a squad of seven instead of the usual two squads. The camp they attended was a UCA camp at Wichita State. They came home with a Spirit Stick, many ribbons, and a first place trophy which was won in the last day championship. In the spring they also attended a spirit clinic in Lin- daborg which gave them many spirit raisers. The squad performed two routines, provided many pep skits and promoted school spirit during the year under the leadership of head cheerleader, Roberta Linder. Jan, Tom, David. Ray, and Martin really raised school spirit and good looks. Front: Sandra Strobel, Jennifer Cross, Michele Bielefeld. Middle: Robrta Linder, Emma Polok, Denise Rock.
