The command is simple. BELIEVE AND TELL. Believe that God raised Jesus from the dead and made him Lord of heaven and earth, JESUS IS LORD. Tell everyone all that you learn as you follow Jesus. Outreach is also a promise. Jesus said, UI am with you always. Miracles happen in the presence of God. Jesus promised these signs and wonders would follow anyone who will reach out in faith, hope, and love. Outreach means to surpass, go beyond, exceed. Outreach means to extend.
