This ministry, known as the International Outreach House of Prayer, opened the bookstore in April, 1974. Then in September, 1978, the HOPE Christian School, which was founded on the Word of God to educate students spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially, began to serve grades K-12. In September, 1980, the Promise Land Daycare Center opened. The International Outreach House of Prayer is one of the fastest-growing organizations of its kind, reaching out to the world with the good news that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. IOHOP Facilities House of Prayer Bookstore, HOPE Christian School, Promise Land Christian Daycare Center, International Outreach House of Prayer Worship Center, Education and College Center Jesus said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the House of Prayerg. . .And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them. Matthew 21:13-14 Dedication Mrs. Arnette Gregory is a woman who walks hand in hand with God in fellowship, love, devotion, and prayer expecting to succeed through God's law of favor. Galatians 5:22 Eddie Maddox HOPE Christian School The Bible instructs us to serve the Lord with all our heart, mind, soul, and body. HOPE Christian School makes available a well balanced curriculum with spiritual growth, academic learning, social relationship, and physical development. Daily Bible study and emphasis on the abundant Christian Life provides a strong spiritual framework. HOPE Christian School works diligently for academic excellence. Progress is achieved by successfully completing daily goals in an individualized curriculum. Most students are well above national norms in all academic areas. Dedicated teachers, who are interested in the needs of their students, help the child grow with a sense of security and self worth. The stability provided helps students meet the challenge of learning and living. Relationships to parents, teachers, and friends are important. Students are trained to be friendly and make friends. HOPE Christian School monitors seek to understand the physical needs of the child, working with the parents to help the child mature, to be healthy, strong, and vitally alive. To observe all things whatsoever Ihave commanded you, and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the worldf' Matthew 28:18-20 Outreach is a command to all followers of Jesus. The command is simple. BELIEVE AND TELL. Believe that God raised Jesus from the dead and made him Lord of heaven and earth, JESUS IS LORD. Tell everyone all that you learn as you follow Jesus. Outreach is also a promise. Jesus said, UI am with you always. Miracles happen in the presence of God. Jesus promised these signs and wonders would follow anyone who will reach out in faith, hope, and love. Outreach means to surpass, go beyond, exceed. Outreach means to extend. The International Outreach House of Prayer is an outreach of Jesus' faith, teachings, and miracles, going into every nation.
