WHEN I LEARN I MAY BECOME A Counter . . . A counter and collector fffrieizds is far from wise, Yet being a friend is everyone 's wealth. Day after day we must face a world of facts, figures, and mone- tary symbols. We count the numher of days until Christmas, we count money, we count the minutes until splashdown. When do we count our blessings? How many times do we realize that people are depending on us just as we are counting on them? A pessimist keeps constant tabs on the had things in life.
