Team quickly gained confidence on the court, and their strength and power will prove to be valuable for next year's Varsity Basketball Team. When the emphasis was on defense, the Hoover Hoopsters proved to be a definite defensive threat to all other Junior Varsity Teams. Tough competi- tion made our shootin' stars, work hard for a win, but the crowd was always assured of a more than exciting game. LOOK AT THAT, the ball's stuck to the back- board. J.V. Basketball
