What's a sophomore? That's a question we've all heard at one time or another. Wheth- er we like it or not, itls a fact of life. As school began in September, we were constantly find- ing ourselves alone and lost. Too embarrassed to ask questions, we went on our way, pretend- ing to know our way around campus. As the year went on though, we got used to the school, teachers, and students. We joined in on var- ious school activities, found new friends, and had just plain fun. Whether we were involved in football, pep and cheer, band, choir, foren- sics, yearbook, student government, or some- thing else, we, the class of 84 strived hard to dismiss that infamous sophomore stereo- type. As long and hard as we tried though, it didn't work. As the 1981-82 school year comes to a close, we still hear those same old sopho- more jokes and that wicked question, What's a sophomore? Even though we thought we'd never say it, to the class of '85 we ask, What's a sophomore? .Tw if K I C vllc A A4' , ' -s ,T 1 1 'Vs as . tx:-3' 'V x A A S f 'Nl 3 .5 .1 6 N I 3,1 1 N 7 Al N K 1 x Ni AN AFPLE A DAY keeps the teacher away.
