L TRAIN PERSONNEL On the Cornjerker Express the Engineer controls the train (school) and the Conductor controls the crew (teachers) and passengers (students). The Scheduler controls the routing of passengers (students) and the Head Porter is in charge of all maintenance, building and grounds. On any passenger train (school) special services are performed by the crew (teachers) and the staff: clerks (secretaries, bookkeeper, and cashier); cooks (cafeteria workers); and porters (bus drivers and custodians) to help the train run smoothly.
