Famous expression?!?! The title of this yearbook, “Expressions, was chosen because it best suits our ex- citing year. Of course, we can never forget our third trip “To The Hall to win our second consecutive third place basketball title. What a way to end a season! The team worked hard to ac- complish what they did, and they will always remain the number one team in the fans’ hearts. Another great memory in sports was the wrestler who qualified for the state tour- nament. Congratulations to Donny Anderson and to the other members of the wrestling team for a fine season. We’re proud of you! The new year also brought about some new faces to our school system. We welcomed a new Superintendent, Mr. Dale Miller, and his secretary, Miss Betty Good. New band and choir directors were ad- ded to our fine teaching staff as well; Mr. Mark Lindvahl and his wife, Marty Lindvahl. The departure of Mr. Turner, our Industrial Arts instructor, was a sad one, but we would like to give a warm greeting to Mr. Russell Stewart, who will be replacing Mr. Turner. In a final note, the year- book staff of 1985-86 wishes to express to the graduating class of 1986 the best to all in the years to come. We want you to remember all the special memories you have shared with your friends this year, so take a glance at the year- book every once in a while and remember the great times. Sincerely, Michelle Neal, Editor Kim Doyle, Co-Editor and the H-EL Yearbook Staff Good stuff, Maynard! Let me tell you about this hairdo!! Who are YOU guys rooting for?
