been either euperintende t p ncipal, or instrictor in quite a number of Texas schools Mr Lasseter was elected as vocational agriculture teacher when that branch or edlc +1on was fir t n stalled in the Honey Grove High School and has been here ever since He carries his vocational agricultur students on sever al interesting trips every year, one of the main ones being the Fat Stock Show at Fort Worth He is the coach of the ooys play ground ball team which won first place at the county meet th s year Fe has been an aid to great many farmers around Honey Grove as well as the vocational agriculture students Mr Clifton COMMERCIAL DEPARTME'T Mr Clifton is a graduate of the Fairlie Figh School, Tex He attended East Texas State Teachers College, where he re ceived his first three ye rs of college education The next year he attended the University of Texas He majored in commer cial work and received his B B A degree from the University o exas This is the t v he has t ught school He has proved his ability as eacher 11s year as head of the commer cial department of the Ioney Gro Figh School He coached the they were able to win s cond pl t the county meet He is sponsor of the freshman cl ss s also a strong supporter of all sports Car' FISlt n L Miss Carlock is another member of the faculty who has grad uated from the Honey Grove High School She received her degree from the Southern Methodist University after which she taught at Alvarado for a period of th ee years The next year she was elected to Honey Grove High School, this being her second year to teach here She is the coach of the declamation team, a few members of which won places at the county meet this year She is greatly liked by all who have ever been in any of her class She teaches history and English and has done mlch toward the betterment of those branches of learning in the Honey Grove High School Miss Fein SPANISI and HISTORX Miss Fein is the fourth member of the faculty who has grad dated from the Honey Grove High School She received her col lege education at the College of Indxstrial Arts at Denton where she majored in Spanish She received her B A degree from C I A She has formerly taught at Edgewood and Ladonia This is her first ye ' Honey Grove H1 She is the head of the Spanish department and is one of the best Spanish instruct ors Honey Grove has ever boasted of She also teaches three .u , ri ' .1 0 I . . .
