Truly a ladies' man, John likes all girls. As the only boy in the commercial department, John is enjoying his senior year-and, oh, those free periods! He is a short-story reader and a trip lover, who has his headquarters at the Lyric Theater. A happy life and a good job are all John is asking of the future. ACTIVITIES Chess Club I F.B.L.A. 4 Chorus 3, 4 Spotlight Staff 4 Driver Training 3 Chief Mimeoscopist, Spotlight 4 Library Club 3 Secretary, Chorus News Staff 3, 4 THOMAS OPETT Speedie General Start the countdown, Emiew Tom is a man of speed and an active member of the Ridge Street Terrorsf' He is an avid automobile fan and his future plans lie along this line. This top-notch mechanic always has his head in the clouds searching for that dream car. He dislikes all cars except Pontiacs, and he's usually found riding in one with Nancy-tuning in his favorite song, First Love First Tears. ACTIVITIES Projector Club l, 2, 3 RICHARD C. PIOTROWSKI ffaicif' Academic 'cYuh Think so, Hull! Rich will probably be best remembered for his portrayal of Buffalo Bill in our senior play. He is spending his senior year working hard on a farm, hot rodding around with the gang. Like his favorite teacher, Rich is a devoted stamp co'- lector. The Ministry is Rich's goal for the future. Often seen hiking up or sliding down Golf Hill, '4Tooey', plans to continue her athletic endeavors at Beaver College while preparing to become an elementary teacher. Among her likes Tooey includes sing- ing, swimming and teasing substitute English teachers. The only dislike she has is the word 'Lcondolenceswg in fact, she has threatened to have it eliminated from the English language. Floyd was forced to change teams during his senior year, but has admirably recovered and is now playing uproa' basket- ball under Waymartis colors. Gary is a beautiful swimmer, and an excellent horseman. His dimples and six foot frame make him a catch for any girl. Floyd claims to detest con- ccited people and certain types of girls: but then lists girls as his main interest. Confusing, isn't it, Floyd? Pharmacy school is in his future plans with Temple University as his im- mediate post-graduation destination. ACTIVITIES Basketball 1, 2, 3
