5.1 DEDICHTION We, the senior class of 1954, wish to dedicate our yearbook, The Hornet, to the senior class of 1955 with hope that they will find as much pleasure in working on their yearbook as we have had while working on ours. Though we have become tired and irritable at times and thought that publishing this book was a never-ending job, none of us would have traded it for anything. We had our senior play, senior ball, the banquet with the juniors, class night and so many things that came in 1954. This has been a doubly enjoyable year for usg this is the first year since 1947 that the seniors have been allowed to have a year book. We have tried to capture the most exciting, interesting, and memorable moments of our senior year in The Hornet. We hope that you will enjoy seeing and reading The Hornet just as much as we have enjoyed preparing it for you. We hope that we not only have captured our most mem- orable moments, but yours as well.
