Choosing from twelve separate courses in business education ranging from shorthand and typing to business law many students found their elective informative. In general business a family financial management plan was conducted by each stu- dent. For three months, each student budgeted a family. Students found themselves involved in swimming, tennis and golf, doing it for fun and excercise or competing against others. Some enjoyed the hot days riding horses and participating in horse shows, while others looked for a summer job. Fall dawned different activities. Students engaged in taking long walks through the fresh fallen leaves or getting up a neighborhood football game. Students spent a major portion of their free time preparing them- selves for the prospect of school, which would start again in just a few weeks.
