. I Through the hard work of The Epitaph staff, the Cubs, and adviser Nick Ferentinos, The Epitaph has acumulated many honors through the years. The Epitaph has received not only Best Overall High School Division from the San Jose Mercury News, The Golden Crown Award from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, and The I h P Cemakeru from the National Schoias- Freshman Kevin MacKenzie enjoys the break during a . . . . i tic Press Association numerous times, but Cass to read me 'mst Epnaph' also many others. Though reconized as one of the top five high school papers in the United States, The Epitaph staffers don't rest on thier laurels. According to Editor in Chief ttst and 2nd semesterl Marek Warszawski, the typical itinerary of one edition of The Epitaph goes somewhat like this: from editorial meetings to summaries of the last edition, the results are evaluated. Just two days since the last edition, the editors decide which stories to go for the next edition, and stories are assigned. Within two weeks, most of the stories are due, and the stafff stays until six 'o clock to finish by 3:30 p.m. of theThursday before delivery. .Kg r ' ffl ' ' f X A F I 'ti .jfgggk lf, 1..-, .I f l ' ifglwjff . miL??WM1 l' A 4' W J ...- S-if f .
