Pam Maxwell Wins Miss Mariner and Miss Congeniality for Senior Class While Tidewater was receiving its — biggest snowfall of the century, twenty- three Ferguson females were in the midst of preparing for the 1980 Miss Mariner Pageant. The snow caused S some problems for the girls because, with the closing of schools for several 2 days, they missed several rehearsals.
