Just as it takes A heap o livin in a house to make a home , it also takes a heap o orkln' a building to make It a school. So our building, through its long period of service to the Community has become a school whose memories and associations have become integrally entwined in the personality of the many men and women who have come within its ever widening, sphere of influence . Charles Alexander.or Charley as he is usually called, has come to be as closely associated with Homer High School as the seats, the desks, and the very stones of the building itself. It would indeed be difficult to imagine what our school would be without his efficient care and infectious booming laugh echoing through the hallways
