I want to write this letter but where do I start? Looking back, I'm not even sure I knew what I was getting into when I did get into Yearbook. I'm glad I did because l've learned so much Cmostly about peopleb and we did have fun! Even when Cor should I say - especially whenp we were stranded on the Gym roof trying to cover the windows for Yearbook Assembly. I know there were more than enough times we thought it NEVER would get finished but it did! These last few weeks were the toughest and I extend a great big THANK YOU to the people who worked on it and produced the 1980 TALON, Cespecially Miss Walsworth, Pat LaOaze, Tom Martin, and Chip Oremillionj. With a sense of relief and a twinge of sadness I realize THE BOOK is nearly finished. I can't say I won't miss it. Yearbook is an experience alright! I'll try to remember all of the lessons l've learned and those we teach one another. Through all of this, Miss Carmen Walsworth has been right in the big middle of it. She has given more than her share - time, ideas, patience, answers, friendship, understanding, extra pushes and smiles. She deserves so much more than a mere thank-you. However, thank you, God bless and always remember!!! Menard and all of the people who make it what it is -the 1980 TALON is for you. MHS is such a busy place and there is so much to cover but I think welve managed to include a little bit of almost everything. Hope so anyway! Enjoy!
