All that changed this sea- son, as Coach Alford turned the 1979-1980 Junior Varsity team into one of the best Menard fans had seen in almost four years. The JV Squad finished with an impressive 16-6 record. All but three of this year's play- ers had been on last years Freshman team, . but the new oomers proved to be just as val- uable as the other players. The new players this year were Sophomore Bruce Clarke, and Jim and John Bloss from Minnesota, who really proved their worth to the Eagles Junior Varsity Squad. .gals Another Eagle victory on the way.
