JEFF FRUGE and REMO ABRAHAM led tne EAGS in rushing yards, vvnile DAVID PERKINS ran up the score vvitn 3 toucndovvns. A 39 yard kick by JIM MAT- THEWS put the EAGS in an unbeatable position. PINEVILLE started out with the first score, but the EAGLES held them for the rest of the game. ln the 3rd quarter, REMO ABRAHAM made a touchdown, and then JIM MATTHEWS' kick evened up the score. As the game went into over- time, both fans and players could feel the tension. But the tide turned in MENARDS favor when DANNY RICE intercepted a'f5lNEVlLLE pass and gave the EAGS possession of the ball.
