H Y 2 I ' 3 g Our Alumnae are brought back to the corridors of Holy Names every time there is news of a marriage, the birth of a baby, the profession of religious vows, or any event of public recognition. This is the function of the Alumnae bulletin board-to bring them all back in times of success and happiness. tumnews It was a day of cherished memories and reminiscences as the Class of '63 reunited in traditional fashion during the Christmas holidays.

M i - 'WN I V kg ', 2 '99 Q: u- I . f ASS E4 Upon arriving at Holy Names High School in 1960 as excited Freshmen, we looked admiringly at the Seniors, wondering if someday we, too, would attain this goal. Led by our patron, St. Joan of Arc, we attempted to achieve our motto, 'lTo the highest we will always strive. Our mascot, the giraffe, helped greatly in reaching the heights As Sophomores, sophomore year are and NO cups and a Fountain, outshone for which we strove. we came closer to our goal. The joys and memories of our many. We began our accomplishments by winning both A series of sports victories. Our first dance, Three Coins in a every expectation. In 1962 our goal was in sight as we became upperclassmen. Our undying enthusiasm led us to win the Christmas Card Drive, and again, the A and NO cups. Our year sparkled with our junior Informal, Golden Gate Twilight, and our Junior Prom. At last we reached our goal of becoming leaders of the school. Our enthusiasm was again shown as we won both the Patron Drive and the Christmas Card drive. The memories of our years at Holy Names High School will be engraved upon our hearts foreverg and as we receive our diplomas in june, our voices will re-echo the words of our school song: We'l1 ever loyal be to Alma Mater, Holy Names!
