MEET MY BROTHER! Students s ha r e d the happiness of Sister Mary Roberta, arnernber of Holy Name's faculty, over her brother's elevation to the episcopacy on May l9. The honor conferred on the former Rt, Rev. Monsignor Robert E. Tracy by His Holiness, Pope John XXIII, rnade him the first New Orleans-born bishop of the Catholic Church.
