FDBELUIJBD As we scurried through classes, sometimes excitedly, again wrapped in youthful dreams, or just habitual routine, we quite forget our part in Holy Name spirit. We can't see it, or hear it, or feel it but we know it's there. Over the sea of roaring waters, the Green Wave is guided by the faithful faculty-priests, sisters and lay teachers. Their love, understanding and patience is deeply appreciated and real Namers respect their compliments and also corrections. Namers roll on with the tide, constantly moving as a unit. We'll always remember the cramming of homework and the test groansg the few minutes spent in Church at noon asking or thanking lesus for some favor, the weekly Mass and Communion accompanied by the weekly treat-Ralliesp the annual retreat giving each of us precious thoughts and ideals to remember and observe. Our pulling together at the football and basketball games despite the weather gives us all a feeling of unity and victory at every game. Maybe we even shed a tear or so at some of those heartbreaking games. Most of the spirit is found after school in the free time given to the school by the Seton league, missions, sodality, staff, band and orchestra members. I-loly Name will remember what we did and did not do. Yes. Namers, as a wave of the ocean rushes a grain of sand to its shores also has the Green Wave helped us toward the eternal shores of heaven. - The Green Wave Rolls On.

DEDIBHTIDIJ Dear Mother Mary: To you, dear Blessed Mother of God we dedicate our yearbook. lt's pages were edited with great care to honor you in this your Marian Year. Because of our love for you, and in thanksgiving for the wonderful graces you have secured for us, we are giving you the remembrances of our school year. Our classes, activities, prayers, and fighting spirit have been dedicated to you, Our Sweet Mother, ever watchful over our safety, ever ready to help us. Throughout these busy months you have been generous with your gifts and have proved over and over your love for us, and your eager desire to see us happy in heaven. Though not a day passed that you did not fail to assist all Namers, many days passed when we forgot to say Thank you. May this book, representing our best efforts, be proof of our love for you. We promise now to serve you by spreading Christ's word to all the worldg to consecrate ourselves to your Immaculate Heart. The joy of our lives shall be in loving you and in making you known, not only this year, but every year hereafter. We shall always invoke your intercession as we continue in this world amidst it's temptations. You will be our guide, our counselor, our means of salvation.
