SCIENCE The field of science is constantly challenging the observing eye and thinking mind at every turn, We at Holy Ghost High have accepted this challenge and are doing our part by delving into the fundamental principles of physics, chemistry, and biology. Long remembered will be the interesting and educational exf periinents which have been tried with great alacrity in our laboratory. MATHEMATICS In the present days, when destruction is so prevalent, the prob' lems of reconstruction forcibly present themselves, The value of mathematics will be realized in the engineering and designing of the great new cities which will spring up all over the world. Playing handhall is considered one of the gayer achievements at Holy Glwst. ART Iviany of the students have found a means to display some of their artistic talent in this class. Neatness and perfection are th: virtues for which each student strives. Much of the art work dis' played in the various classrooms and corridors was sketched hy the pupils. A few of the students also take private art lessons. Although we may never hecoine great artists, we have learned to appreciate heauty in all things.
