Under the guidance of Miss Helen Burt, in- structor in home economics, the senior girls learn to use a variety of kitchen utensils, to build and increase their culinary skill, and to employ wise judgment in buying supplies. In this class many of the girls experience for the first time the satisfaction of cooking and serving tasty dishes . Thus equipped with fundamental facts and the confidence born of practice, the home- making students face the future with one more tool for success.
